We know how important it is to receive your products to fit your schedule. That’s why we’ve created flexible delivery pricing options for you to choose from. 

 

Delivery pricing

  • Standard* next-day delivery £10.42 ex VAT (£12.50 inc VAT) 
  • Pre-noon* next-day delivery £20 ex VAT (£24 inc VAT) 
  • Free delivery for orders over £150 ex VAT (£180 inc VAT) 
  • Free click and collect from our trade counter open 8.30-4.30 Mon-Fri. 

*Standard next-day and pre-noon deliveries are based on items ordered being in stock.  

If items are temporarily out of stock, they will be delivered as soon as possible on the same next day or pre-noon slot to reflect your original choice. Our team will email you as soon as possible to inform you of any changes. 

 

Order times and locations 

Fire & Acoustic Seals will always endeavour to fulfil your order to your complete satisfaction.

  • Order before 4pm for next working day delivery. 
  • Orders received later than 4pm will be despatched the following working day, subject to stock availability. 
  • Prices are for delivery to the UK mainland and are subject to stock availability. Contact us for any overseas deliveries sales@fireandacousticseals.co.uk and we will be happy to help. 

We offer a range of delivery options, depending on the products’ safety requirements, the price and weight of your order, the delivery address, and the speed with which you need the goods. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer care and after-sales. Payment methods

 

Online card payments

We can accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard online payments.

 

Cash payments

We can take cash payments in person at our distribution facility. We cannot accept £50 notes, or cash payments above £5,000 and will only accept £GBP as legal tender. We will issue a cash receipt/paperwork to record the transaction. We can provide change if you do not have the exact amount.

 

Proforma invoices

Proforma payments are to be made over the phone or by bank transfer.

 

Open a business account

If you expect to spend a significant amount, you can apply for credit facilities. A credit check will be carried out and if satisfactory a credit limit will be applied to your account.

To apply for a credit account, please contact our customer service team, for further details.

Once your application has been processed, we aim to open your account within 1-5 working days. To confirm your account has been activated and is ready for immediate use, we will provide you with written confirmation of your credit limit and account number along with a welcome e-mail.

 

Other delivery information 

Whilst we aim to get orders right every time, occasionally there might be an issue out of our control. Please follow this guidance to help us rectify any delivery problems as soon as we can for you. 

    • Notification of damage or missing items must be made upon delivery to the courier and signed for ‘damaged’. 
    • Failure to notify the courier of damage or suspected missing items on the POD will result in delays in a solution and the issuing of replacements and/or refunds. 
    • Please report any problems within 24 hours after delivery with your order number and delivery issue to sales@fireandacousticseals.co.uk and a representative will be in touch. 
    • Whilst our delivery partners strive to achieve our guaranteed delivery times, sometimes factors out of our control will affect this. 
    • Any timed delivery delivered after the specific time (excluding Next Day Delivery) will revert to a standard delivery charge and a refund offered to the original payment method for the difference. 
    • Please notify sales@fireandacousticseals.co.uk if you experience a delivery delay, and we’ll advise you of the next steps.
