What is your returns policy?

Can I have a Proof of Delivery?

Yes of course, please email our Customer Services Team by emailing [email protected] with your sales order reference number (e.g.S1234).

When will my goods be delivered?

Our standard delivery is the next working day, provided you place your order before 4pm.

I’ve placed an order but not received it yet, what do I do?

Please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing [email protected] with your order reference number (e.g.S1234) and we will investigate this for you.

I’m a customer from outside the UK, can I place an order?

Please contact our Sales Team by emailing [email protected]  who will be able to discuss this further.
