IMPORTANT GUIDLINES - COVID-19
Through our courier partner Tuffnells we have introduced a revised delivery procedure as follows;
- If the recipient Customer refuses to sign for a delivery on the hand held PDA device, our driver will enter their name and CV (Coronavirus) in the signature field.
- The Customer will still have the opportunity at delivery point to confirm any damage or missing items. This cannot be reported through our claims department at a later date.
- The CV signature will then be classed as a successful delivery.
Orders delivered in Ireland, Scottish Highlands and other remote areas may incur additional delivery charges, may not qualify for free shipping and use an alternate shipping company. You will be notified of the alternate shipping company when you place your order.
