A high-performance surface mounted drop-down seal which automatically closes the gap between the door and the floor when the door is closed.
Perfect for retrofitting, the Applique is 60 minutes fire rated and can be installed on either face of timber doors.

- From 280 up to 1830mm to cover single and double leaf single action doors.
- Lock side operation kit for activation on the lock side.
- Available in silver anodised. Other options available on special order.
- Maximum drop 14mm.
- Trimming length up to 150 mm on the opposite side to the plunger.

Can drop seals be cut to the width of the door?
Yes, for trimming and installation instructions please view the product data sheet for the particular drop seal that you are installing.
Do drop seals 'Self Level'?
Yes, Drop Seals self level to the floor's surface. Threshold plates can be ued to create an aesthetic finish or provide a flat contact area on uneven and irregular floors surfaces.
Do drop seals have to be used with a threshold plate?
Drop Seals are tested with threshold plates but are not necessary.
