Returns and Refunds 

 

We aim to despatch all orders to the complete satisfaction of our customers. However, we know there may be the odd occasion when there are issues with the goods that you receive.

If you notice a problem with your order, please notify us:

  • Online consumers – within 30 days of delivery
  • Account holders by email – within 7 days of delivery.   

We will replace any goods that are incorrect, damaged, or faulty, have been over or under-supplied, or that were ordered in error. We will also seek to resolve other issues, such as longer-than-expected lead times or delays in the delivery of your order. Please see the returns details below.

 

Online Customer Returns  

 

Please follow these terms and conditions should you need to return your online purchase.

  • Faulty or defective products must be reported to customer@fireandacousticseals.co.uk so that our advisors can inform you of the next steps. 
  • Goods no longer required must be reported as above and returned to Fire & Acoustic Seals no later than 30 days after receipt of your order. 
    • Please return goods to Fire & Acoustic Seals, Unit 16 Spartan Industrial Estate, West Bromwich, B70 0DH. 
    • Return shipping charges will be at your own expense.
  • For any exchanges please include all the details of the products you are returning and the required products to sales@fireandacousticseals.co.uk. One of our advisors will notify you of the next steps and any additional charges that may apply.
  • Refunds will be issued for unwanted goods upon our receipt of the items, and checks made to ensure they all are in a saleable condition.
    • Goods should be returned in their original packaging together with proof of purchase.
    • Please take care to securely package any goods being returned as refunds will not be given for any goods damaged in transit back to us.
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Refunds will be made in full for your purchase excluding any delivery charges via the original payment method.
  • Products excluded from our Returns policy are: FAS Fire Door Foam™, FAS Fire Door Intumescent Acrylic Sealant, FAS Fire Door Silicone Sealant, Foam Gun Cleaner, Pyroplex® Acrylic Sealant, Pyroplex® Fire Foam

 

Account Customer Returns

  • Credits will be issued for unwanted goods upon our receipt of the items, and checks made to ensure they all are in a saleable condition.
    • Goods should be returned in their original packaging. 
    • Please take care to securely package any goods being returned as credit will not be given for any goods damaged in transit back to us.
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
