The FireStop 12" Defender Intumescent Letterplate (FS306) is a fire-rated solution designed to maintain the integrity of fire door assemblies while allowing safe and convenient mail delivery. Incorporating a high-performance intumescent liner, the letterplate expands when exposed to heat, sealing the aperture to help restrict the spread of fire and smoke.

Featuring a Polished Gold flap combined with a black frame, this letterplate provides a more decorative finish while still meeting the requirements of fire door installations.

• FD30 fire-rated and smoke tested – suitable for 30-minute fire & smoke doors
• Suitable for door thicknesses 40-80mm
• Acoustic testing achieved 32db
  Polished Gold finish flap with black frame –(contract brass effect) ergonomic curved edge design
• Security Tested to PAS23/24
• Fitted with a brush pile to prevent draughts
