A high-performance recessed drop-down seal which automatically closes the gap between the door and the floor when the door is closed.
The Superior is 60 minutes fire-rated and can be installed in timber fire, smoke and acoustic doors.

Yes, Drop Seals self level to the floor's surface. Threshold plates can be ued to create an aesthetic finish or provide a flat contact area on uneven and irregular floors surfaces.
Do drop seals have to be used with a threshold plate?
Drop Seals are tested with threshold plates but are not necessary.
Can drop seals be cut to the width of the door?
Yes, for trimming and installation instructions please view the product data sheet for the particular drop seal that you are installing.
