Can different brands of door seals be combined on a doorset?

No, all door edge seals used on a doorset must be of the same manufacturer and in accordance to the doorset specification.

Can door seals be cut and fitted up against each other?

Yes, a majority of our seals are 2.1m as standard and can be cut to the required length, where the installation is longer they can be butted against eachother. Longer lengths are available upon request.

How do I know which door strip to order?

Refer to the test evidence and certification of a door set to identify the correct seals to use.

Can seals be retrospectively fitted to the edge of a door?

Yes. We recommend that the door manufacturer is consulted for further guidance.
