FAS Ceramic Fibre Glazing Tape

FAS Ceramic Fibre Glazing Tape 20 x 6mm - 10m Roll is a high-temperature ceramic fibre tape designed for use with insulating and non-insulating fire-resistant glass in internal doors and screens.

The 20mm wide x 6mm thick ceramic fibre glazing tape has high-temperature stability up to 1200°C. When used in conjunction with certain glazing systems, Ceramic Fibre Tape can be used to provide up to 2-hours of fire resistance to the passage of fire.

The tape is supplied as a 10m roll with an easy-peel backing strip for simple installation. It is designed to apply directly to the surface without specialist primers or sealers and can be easily wrapped, cut and shaped.

FAS Ceramic Fibre Glazing Tape has been tested with a wide range of glass types from industry-leading manufacturers and is suitable for use as a bedding material for fire-resistant glazing systems, including applications in commercial buildings and fire doors.
