The Reddiseals Pile Carrier with Brush Centre Leg is a high-quality PVC carrier system designed to securely house a 5.5mm brush pile for doors and windows. Engineered for reliability and ease of installation, this carrier is ideal for improving weather resistance and draught control in both commercial and residential settings.

Fitting into an  8 x 8.5mm ‘T’ groove, the carrier push fits tightly for a flush, longstanding finish. Both the carrier and brush are UV and weather-resistant. Supplied in 2.2 metre lengths, it can be easily cut to size on site, making it a versatile solution for installers and fabricators.

Installation and Maintenance

Installation

• Mark the timber for cutting and cut a channel for the carrier. 
• Cut the carrier to the required length. 
• Make sure the surface is clean and dry and free from any surface oils, dirt or sawdust, etc. 
• Push fit the carrier and pile into the routed groove

Maintenance

• This product is not subject to routine replacement; regular checks are recommended to inspect the product, ensuring it is working properly, and there is no damage. 
• To clean, use warm soapy water - do not use chemicals.
