Introducing a high-performance surface-mounted One Size drop-down seal that automatically closes the gap between the door and the floor when the door is shut. This product is ideal for retrofitting and is fire-rated for 60 minutes, making it suitable for installation on either side of timber doors. Unlike standard CCE Appliqué Surface Mounted Drop Down Seals, this One Size product can be cut down to 325 mm, providing greater flexibility for fitting specific door sets. It's a perfect addition to have on-site. One seal for all doors.

Storage Guidance:

• Keep items in their original packaging
