QuelStop Fire Batt is an innovative coated mineral wool board designed to restore the fire rating of wall and floor constructions that have been penetrated by various services. With a robust fire resistance capability, it is an essential component for maintaining safety in both residential and commercial buildings.

• Fire Rating: Offers up to 2 hours of fire resistance.
• Versatile Application: Suitable for use in flexible walls, rigid walls, and floors.
• Service Penetration: It is designed for use around cables, cable bunches, cable trays, cable ladders, and non-combustible pipes.
• Plastic Pipes Compatible: Can also accommodate plastic pipes and insulated non-combustible pipes when used alongside other Quelfire products.
• Head of Wall Detail: Functions effectively as a blank seal in the head of wall details.
• Installation Flexibility: This can be installed into both lined and unlined apertures in partition walls and as a single or double batt seal.
• Pattress Fitting Capability: Can be pattress fitted or face fixed to walls.
• Tested Compatibility: Extensively tested for use with plasterboard ceilings and steel composite profile decks.
• Deflection Head Movement: This can be used with Intufoam to allow for deflection head movement.

Standards & Approvals:

• Fire resistance tested to BS EN 1366-3
• Classified to EN 13501-2
• Acoustic tested to EN 10140, achieving up to 60dB
• CE Marked for compliance with European standards
