The Rutland TS.5204 Door Closer in Silver is an easily adjustable and economical scissor arm door closer designed to enhance life safety at every fire door. Power adjustable by spring, it features a back check as standard and optional delayed action, delivering controlled and reliable closing performance.

With universal application, the TS.5204 can be installed in standard, parallel arm or transom fitting positions. It also assists BS8300 requirements, supporting ease of use for less able users.
