Premium Fire Door Grey Intumescent Acrylic Sealant
Our premium-grade intumescent acrylic sealant is designed to swell and effectively prevent the passage of fire and smoke. With the capability of providing up to 4 hours of fire resistance, it is both fire and acoustic rated. This sealant is conveniently supplied in a 310ml recycled plastic cartridge.

Areas of Application:
- Ideal for cavity gap filling and perimeter pointing in partition joints and between fire door frames, screens, and walls
- Provides 30-60 minutes of fire resistance for 5mm gaps or below without backing
- Offers 30-120 minutes of fire resistance for gaps up to 25mm when used with FAS Fire Door Foam™ or stone mineral fibre wool
- Suitable for timber frames: softwood (FD30), hardwood (FD60)

18 months if stored in accordance with storage guidance.
Storage & Disposal
- Cartridges or foil sausages can be stored for at least 18 months from the production date when stored in a cool, dry environment, in original unopened containers, and at temperatures between 2⁰C and 30⁰C. Do not allow it to freeze.
- These products should not be left in an overheated environment, in temperatures above +50˚C or exposed to direct sunlight.
- Empty cartridges or foils should be disposed of appropriately in line with local regulations. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet for more information.
Maintenance
- Recorded inspection should be conducted in line with the maintenance and inspection schedule that is defined for the building or project. These should be conducted and recorded by competent individuals.
- Where the product is damaged or tampered with, a new product should be installed with the installation guidance.
