Premium Fire Door Grey Intumescent Acrylic Sealant
Our premium-grade intumescent acrylic sealant is designed to swell and effectively prevent the passage of fire and smoke. With the capability of providing up to 4 hours of fire resistance, it is both fire and acoustic rated. This sealant is conveniently supplied in a 310ml recycled plastic cartridge.

Areas of Application:
- Ideal for cavity gap filling and perimeter pointing in partition joints and between fire door frames, screens, and walls
- Provides 30-60 minutes of fire resistance for 5mm gaps or below without backing
- Offers 30-120 minutes of fire resistance for gaps up to 25mm when used with FAS Fire Door Foam™ or stone mineral fibre wool
- Suitable for timber frames: softwood (FD30), hardwood (FD60)

Extensively fire tested for 30-120 minutes under BS 476: Pt 20 & 22: 1987 and BS EN 1634-1: 2014
Acoustic Rating:
- Acoustic tested under BS EN ISO 10140-2:2010
- Complies with the requirements of Approved Document E
Guarantee:
The product can be stored for 18 months from the production date in a cool, dry environment, in its original unopened container, and at temperatures between +2C and +30C. Please do not allow it to freeze.
