The QuelStop Fire Batt Kit combines a x2 QuelStop Fire Batt 1200 x 600 x 50mm, 1x 5kg QuelStop Ablative Coating and 2 x 310ml Quelfire QuelStop Intumescent Acoustic Acrylic Sealant – White.

The QuelStop Fire Batt is a coated mineral wool board designed to restore the fire rating of wall and floor constructions that have been penetrated by various services. It is suitable for flexible walls, rigid walls and floors and can be used around cables, cable bunches, cable trays, cable ladders and non-combustible pipes.

The QuelStop Ablative Coating is a flexible coating designed for use with the QuelStop Ablative Coated Fire Batt system. It can be used to reinstate and repair the ablative coating's fire resistance performance, including where damage or cracks have occurred during installation.

The QuelStop Intumescent Acoustic Acrylic Sealant is a water-based intumescent acrylic used to provide a fire-rated linear joint or gap seal and to maintain the fire rating of walls and floors where they have been penetrated by services as part of the QuelStop Fire Batt System or directly to the substrate.

2 x Quelfire QuelStop Intumescent Acoustic Acrylic Sealant – 310ml White

Water-based intumescent acrylic used as part of the QuelStop Fire Batt System. It should be applied to cuts, joints and exposed edges of the batt and can also be used around services and for linear joint sealing.

Linear joints and gaps

The QuelStop Intumescent Acoustic Acrylic Sealant can be used for linear joints up to 50mm wide in concrete to concrete, steel or softwood. It can also be used around wooden fire door frames and to a gypsum board head track.

Ablative coating repair

The QuelStop Ablative Coating is designed for reinstating and repairing the ablative coating's fire resistance performance, including damage or cracks that may occur during installation.
